Salesforce Certified Administrator with a background in freight logistics and data operations. I build CRM systems that match how businesses actually operate — and automate everything that shouldn't require a human.
A foundation built on Salesforce, data, and continuous learning. The primary certifications are the anchor. Everything else shows range.
A career built through deliberate progression — from data to logistics to Salesforce. Click any role to see the full detail.
I don't just administer Salesforce — I configure it to match how your business actually runs, then automate what shouldn't need a human.
Real Salesforce orgs built from requirements to delivery. Every project demonstrates what I can contribute on day one.
Born in Raleigh, NC, and raised across the EMEA
(Zimbabwe, South Africa, Dubai),
moving through the world with my eyes wide open.
That early exposure to different cultures, economies, and ways of doing things planted something early: the understanding that there was more out there, and that the only way to reach it was to build toward it yourself.
That instinct showed up in small ways at first: self-starter projects, websites, quiet experiments in what technology could do.
When the time came to return to the United States in 2021, there was no easing in. I landed at NC State as a Data Analyst and kept moving — through each role, each certification, each early morning that nobody asked for but showed up for anyway.
That journey eventually led to Salesforce. Nine months in Saudi Arabia, an Administrator certification earned, and Tinkerbell — a live certification prep platform — built from the ground up in the middle of it all. What started as curiosity about a platform has grown into a clear conviction: the Salesforce ecosystem is where technology, business, and human systems meet most powerfully.
The projects are already showing what's possible & the best work is still ahead.
